This fall, Ottawa County Libraries were awarded a grant for mobile broadband hotspots for  checkout. Library cardholders can checkout a T-Mobile hotspot and get the Internet connectivity needed for mobile devices from virtually anywhere.

Checking out a hotspot is easy! Present a valid library card at the Reference and Information Desk and get connectivity for a week! All startup instructions are included and technical assistance is available, but getting connected is so easy, we don’t think you’ll need our help.

Please be sure to return the hotspot by the due date to be courteous to others waiting to checkout and to avoid overdue fines of $1 per day. After three days overdue, the hotspot will no longer function. Hotspots must be returned to the Reference and Information Desk.

Enjoy the connectivity and expand your horizons! For assistance, call 616.850.6914 or email loutit@loutitlibrary.org.
